This house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with mountain views, close to I-15, Escondido Mall, & Felicita Park. The guesthouse is attached to the MAIN home, but it has a private entrance with a new driveway and auto gate. It has an outdoor spa, 1 closed and 1 open floor plan bedroom, patio, kitchen, walk-in closet with 1 bath. The facilities include WiFi, 75” 4KTV, electric cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. It’s close to SD Safari Park & 30 mins to SeaWorld  
  
This charming home is located next to Felicita Park in Escondido, nestled in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood. The guest suite is part of the main ranch house but offers complete privacy with its own entrance, a new driveway, and an automated gate. The property boasts breathtaking mountain views and a private outdoor spa connected to the first bedroom.  
  
The private entrance features a spacious driveway with open parking, leading to a high-ceiling patio—a perfect spot to relax, soak up the sunshine, or enjoy your morning coffee. The guest space includes two bedrooms: one open-concept bedroom on the ground floor and a second, enclosed bedroom accessible by a staircase. There is a 75” 4K TV and air conditioning.
