Located on the ground floor, the cottage opens onto the living area with: a fully equipped kitchen with a central island that converts into a dining table, including a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave; a lounge with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV area; a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm); a dormitory with four single beds (90x200 cm); a shower room with a washing machine; and a separate toilet. You can enjoy the raised terrace overlooking the ponds, where you might even spot some water turtles. Peace and quiet reign here. The property features an open, wooded park, and the owner's house is on-site. For your comfort, bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided. Wi-Fi access is available.
