Come stay in this small waterfront house, offering immediate access to Caroual Beach. The house has shared access with the owners' property, is not overlooked, and includes a parking space.  
You'll enjoy direct access to Caroual Beach (the last house before the beach) and the sea view from one of the bedrooms.

\- A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the rest of the living room with an oven, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, sink, and fridge-freezer;   
\- Dining area with a dining table for 6;   
\- A bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine;   
\- Separate toilet.

\- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with duvet and pillows;
