In ERQUY, in the village of HOPITAUX, 600m from Saint-Michel beach (300m walk via footpath), 3.4km from the center of ERQUY and shops, this detached house is surrounded by a courtyard and a pretty enclosed garden of 1,800m².

\- A fully equipped kitchen with a mini-oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer;

\- A storage room with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, a parasol, and a barbecue.
