Come and discover this magnificent detached house, in the heart of the Lanruen estate, a 25-hectare private residence by the sea. With no overlooking neighbors and offering sea views from every room, this property, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, is the perfect destination for family holidays. You will appreciate the peace and quiet and the ideal location of this house, just 100 meters from the beaches of Guen and Lanruen.  
  
This house offers:  
On the ground floor:  
  
\- A large, bright living room with a lounge area and dining table for 8 people, offering a magnificent sea view;   
  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with a sea view, including: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso machine, and numerous kitchen utensils;   
  
\- A bathroom with a shower and a double vanity with a mirror;   
  
\- Separate WC with washing machine and dryer;   
  
On the 1st floor:  
  
\- One bedroom with a sea view, featuring a single bed (90x200cm) and a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm).  
  
\- A second bedroom with a sea view, featuring two single beds (90x200cm);   
  
\- A third bedroom, also with a sea view, featuring a single bed (90x200cm) and a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be separated into two single beds (90x200cm).
