Outstanding service on all fronts, from welcome to departure. Room was great, clean, comfortable. Outdoors, beach, pool, lobby, modern, elegant, super clean. Food was great. Overall outstanding experience.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional, especially the staff. They were all very attentive at all times. The pool and ocean were amazing… the breakfast was also out of this world!

Beautiful hotel with all the little extras
A super relaxing hotel with really nicely decorated rooms and great service. The restaurant on the roof has amazing views and great food. Kids loved the pool and beach. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice Resort, Excellent service, Private beach, very big and comfortable rooms. Nice Pool but ice cold water on beginning of October (better warm it if you offer the use of it). great breakfast, nice buffet + selection of eggs served to the table.

Beware, the physical plant of this property is quite nice, the food is good, the beach is fine (the bottom is seagrass not sand) but the issue is the management is trying to appeal to a hip crowd that likes LOUD music. The music was so loud that you literally could not speak on the beach or in the pool area when we arrive (4 pm) and went until 7. This effectively made the beach and pool unusable. If you like loud music and book here, bring earplugs to protect your hearing.

It's a beautiful hotel with great staff although I think a 3pm check in is very late and you loose half the day outside the room. But they let us use the pool before giving us the room. Check-in should be earlier

Rooms we had was a really good size with a beautiful view of Porto Heli Bay. Rooms were exceptionally clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable. Pool and sun beds were so relaxing. Location was close to everything. Will definitely be going back.

This is a nice and very clean hotel. There are some issues with service. They had lost one of our reservations at check in and insisted that we didn't have all of the rooms we had booked. The restaurant staff was very unorganized. It took a long time to get food at lunch at the restaurant and food appeared at random times for each guest. At breakfast, our coffees/teas would arrive after we had finished eating. The service needs work. The service was much better at the pool.
