"Upon check-in we were greeted warmly and got into our room quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. However, the two amenities we booked the hotel for we're not in use and I wish we would have known this ahead of time. We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub at the end of our day but it was empty due to a water leak. When we asked for the fire table outside to be lit we were told it was not working so that too was unavailable for our use. The young lady at the front desk was apologetic about both amenities being out of order but I feel like the cost of the room was overpriced for the lack of a working hot tub and fire table, as shown in the pictures on their website in working order. Also, there was a lot of noise from drag racing and reckless driving across the street in and around the park so be aware of that activity late at night.We did enjoy dinner at the lakeside restaurant across the street so I would recommend that for a convenient, walkable restaurant option."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. We arrived about 2 hours early and I went in to get a parking pass, check in is normally at 4 but they let us check in early without paying any extra (I didn’t even ask they just said we could). Rooms were clean, the pools were spotless and the staff were the best ever. Definitely recommend."

"My family and I were very pleased with this hotel. We don't go on vacation much so we try to do some research before we book. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were very pleased with the space and everything included. Any issue we ran into was addressed immediately and we were helped to the best of their ability for the most part. I say this because there was one employee who made the experience less enjoyable. This was one of the front desk attendants named taylour. I do not know any of the other workers' names because they didnt have a reason to stick out to me, but they were fantastic. My issues started before I booked the room when I had called on 2 separate occasions and, by recognizing the voice, had gotten the same employee who made me feel like a bother for asking questions due to her tone and short answers. I brushed it off and gave the benefit of the doubt of maybe having a bad day. When I arrived, again, the other employees were very nice and helpful at all times. I noticed one employee's voice as soon as I heard it. Two main occurrences on premises were sighing when I asked for pool towels when the sign says to do so and another time when the pool was colder than usual and she told me "she knew nothing about that and didnt know how to help." She then mentioned she could call someone, but made it seem like she was so put out to do it. The overall experience was positive and was very enjoyable though. Nice hotel, nice pool, good breakfast, just uneasy at times."
