"Stephanie at the front desk was great. I was on the top floor, and unit. The blackout curtains did not shut all the way so I had quite a bit of light coming through when I was trying to sleep. Moderate noise from the roadway."

"We stayed at Albriggt Groove loop. Janice, the host, was so wonderful and caring. It truly felt like we were being cared for and loved by a family member. Your warmth and thoughtful gestures made our stay in the beautiful cabin even more special. The wisdom you shared and the conversations we had are something we will never forget. The atmosphere in the cabin was so warm and welcoming — we absolutely loved it. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, and everything was perfectly arranged for us. The peaceful nature surrounding the cabin was incredibly calming and soothing. We cannot wait to come back. Oh, before I forget, thank you for the breakfast you made for us with so much love — it was so yummy and delicious. This is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as visit Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. We will never forget this trip."

"Clean, comfortable, nice staff"

"Our toilet didn’t flush and it was running constantly. The gentleman told us it was fixed but it wasn’t. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain at all. No toilet paper at first (he brought us some) and not a single wash cloth to be found. There was a HUGE roach in the bathroom though. The noise level was insane ALL night long. We we booked for 2 nights but left after 1 and just took the loss on what we paid."

"Nice gym good location "

"Had a great experience staying here! Quite a large place for only 2 guests. Plenty of privacy, fairly quiet, and spent a lot of time on the large porch and in the hot tub. Easy drive to some National Park trails, and Walmart is just down the main road, which was unexpected but convenient. Would stay again!"
