"Great location near the market + great food/service, but recent staff turnover, early check in charges, and unrepaired water noise in room 311 were disappointing."

"This was our first time to Surat so we chose this hotel because of the convenient location and easy access to anywhere in the city. The area is extremely busy, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying our time here. Our stay was 20 nights, so by the time we left it felt like home. The Kamats restaurant was fantastic and the staff/service was amazing. We highly recommend staying at VITS Hotel - Surat. "

"It was an unpleasant experience at the hotel. Photos are very deceptive, the actual condition of the hotel is pathetic. The environment around dispels strange and unpleasant smell. Please tell the hotel management to upload real photos"
