This cozy studio can accommodate up to 4 guests. This unit has wifi, cable, kitchenette, bath, living room with queen murphy bed and a sofa bed. Fully stocked with towels, shampoo, linens & kitchenware, and coffee machine. Enjoy our private heated pool and BBQ grills to prepare your steaks or local seafood. All the amenities needed for families or small groups to spend more time together … for less.
Ideal location in the heart of Manasota Key. The beach is just steps away, while the bay side has boat docks available on a first come, first served basis. We'll supply the beach towels, pool noodles, beach chairs and even the cooler for your refreshments! And don't forget to check out our private pier!

This condo was fabulous. Greatly exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, packed with amenities. Couple minute walk to the beach, and to multiple restaurants. One restaurant is right next door, and was fabulous as well. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful beaches all around. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!
We had an incredible spring break week! Our condo was clean and had everything that a small family of three needed. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach and a gorgeous heated pool right below us! We walked to dinner every night and enjoyed fishing off the docks in the bay directly behind the condo! Check in was easy breezy and I can’t wait to stay again!!!!
