« I loved the hot tub and how friendly most of the staff was. Especially one of the older ladies at the check in she was very kind and helpful. I also loved how there was always delicious free freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and popcorn. I thought too that the gift shop in the hotel was super cute. I did however have mixed feelings on the way you had to request fresh towels, cleaning and your beds being remade etc. I understand them not wanting to bother the customers but I also never thought...
