"An aesthetically beautiful hotel right near the beach and local eateries. The staff at every level was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean and had a large balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast spread by the pool area each morning. My only complaint is that the shower was very moldy."

"Great owners that take pride in their property - nicely renovated and super comfy bed. Nearby Encinitas and Carlsbad beaches with a nice parking lot that is free for guests. Amazing value near the main downtown section of Encinitas. Many food delivery options and the hotel is great at having the delivery driver come to your room to drop off."

"My family had a great stay! The pool and backyard were perfect for our family trip. The house had everything we needed from lots of beach towels to toiletries to kitchen basics. I would definitely recommend!!"

"This is a great house and location for large groups. The hosts were responsive and made it easy to check in and resolve any questions. The main thing to note for people visiting in the hot summer months is that the central air conditioning cannot adequately keep the house and certain rooms cool. Some rooms have individual AC units, and they are great, and others are on the ocean side and get a lot of breeze. But a few rooms don’t have AC (besides the weak central unit) or ocean breeze and just got too hot. It would be a great help to furnish those few rooms with their own AC units to help during the summer months. I would definitely consider returning, as the location and hosting were excellent."
