« The Studio is a lovely little jewel box! It was cozy, comfortable, curated, and clean. We are also VRBO hosts, and the property exceeded our expectations. The host was a great communicator and was so kind and considerate, which was very appreciated!The property was amazing, and the neighborhood was beautiful. It was incredibly convenient and close to great coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and more. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and admiring the other charming vintage homes....

« Owner did not communicate with me until a message on VRBO at 5:30PM telling me that the apartment was not available. I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment.
I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available. »
