James’s place was perfect for my husband and I as a base for visiting our daughter and exploring Richmond. It had everything we needed, tons of space for a larger group or family and very tastefully decorated. Extremely clean and well-maintained! The location is very quiet and convenient and felt safe. We loved being able to walk to neighborhood coffee shops/restaurants, Forest Hills Park and an antique store. Very easy access to other areas of the city. James is a very courteous host and all communication was straightforward and thorough, with lots of helpful information about the area and making sure we were happy with everything.
