"We had a wonderful stay at Skellig Bay Cottage! The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for relaxing in front of the views and short day trips to all of the sights. Our favorite part of the house was the large ocean front window. "The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Our week’s stay at the cottage was very pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sheep and the scenery from the cottage was beautiful. We had difficulty finding the cottage as there are no road names and after an overnight flight from Toronto and then a four hour drive from Dublin the directions didn’t work on our phone. "Base was much nicer than we were expecting! The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful and there is a sizable lobby. The location can’t be beat… 5 minute walk to anywhere you want in Dingle! No assigned parking but we got a spot right out front without much trouble. The rooms were bigger than expected. Our only real complaint is that there is no air conditioning and it actually felt like the heat was on so we were roasting all night. Not sure if there was something off with our room or if they are all like that. Either way, we would stay here again!"
