"The house was beautiful and the sleeping accommodations were perfect for our group. The view of the ocean from multiple locations in the house was spectacular. The short walk on the private boardwalk made getting to and from the beach a breeze. We found that all dishes, utensils, and appliances we needed were available and in good working order. Check-in was easy and the host was accessible and very responsive when we did have questions. Highly recommend the Fish Hut Grill for casual dining. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Recognizing that this is not a four or five star property, but a well utilized, near beachfront motel with some age on it, we had an excellent stay! We needed to get our toes in the sand so we purchased one night, at a very reasonable rate, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was very friendly, and though the rooms have some age on them, it was clean and comfortable. I might not stay here more than a couple nights, simply because there's no kitchen, but a very enjoyable stay for a night or two for us. We will be back! Ps- My only complaint was the air conditioner could not keep up with how hot it was outside, so it was quite warm in the room (but I brought a small fan to help with that). The bathroom could use some new grout, but it was clear that they keep it clean despite the sea salt and sand."

"Pros: House was the perfect size for my husband and our 3 daughters. The location and proximity to the beach is amazing and made bathroom trips and cooler refills so easy. It’s literally steps to the ocean. Host was fabulous and super easy to deal with. Kitchen was fully stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Beds and couch were super comfy. Nice sized yard and porch. Ample and easy parking. House is close to everything. Cons: The walls are very thin and you can hear the entire conversation your neighbor is having. We had no issue with this and our neighbors were great but some may. No washer and dryer. Pack toilet paper as the host only provides 1 roll. No broom or vacuum in unit. Tips for future visits: bring a broom to help with sand, and pack extra toilet paper/trash bags. Would 100% stay here again. "

"Awesome location and just beautiful. We loved our view, the inner courtyards, the pool, the boardwalk to the beach, interior decor, cleanliness, and amenities. TV was a challenge but other than that I'd book here again."
