Hotel didn’t return message on the app and it took 3 phone calls to finally reach a manager to get things cleared up. Even then it rang for 5 minutes and they acted like it was our fault and we were bothering them. Won’t look at this brand again. »

We noticed police cars in the driveway in the entrance. There was no staff at the desk. The police told us that we could go to our room, but there are policemen with guns pulled out on that floor. Why wasn't there any staff to deal deal with the guest? Totally unacceptable »
