"Great location near the beach and a nice neighborhood. Check in isn't until 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Carpets were disgustingly dirty, if you walk barefoot your feet turn black. Couches had gross stains as did the throw pillows. The table was dirty as if it was never cleaned. Beds were ok and ..."
