The reason for our return is the very warm welcome we received in 2025 and the help for my wife's parents who are disabled. Again the staff couldn't help us enough. I contacted the hotel before we arrived and requested a room with a walk in shower (without a step) to enable easier access. This was accommodated with no issue. All the facilities we great and available as and when we needed them.
