"There are two sister properties being advertised . one is “in town“ the other a little way out of town needing either your own transport or to make use of the hotel shuttle bus. The management were very eager to please and we never have any difficulty with the shuttle but some folk may find it easier to be in town. "We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The views are definitely amazing! Keep in mind that in the main lobby, they have 2 different bedroom options. One with private balcony, full view of the canyon, and one with partial view/no private balcony. The ones with private balcony are obviously more expensive and updated. But, they still need more work. Our bathroom wasn't the best. The ceiling was falling apart. The simpler/partial view room is located under the main restaurant and kitchen. If you stay in those rooms, be aware that you will hear all the noise from the kitchen since 5:30 a.m. If you are an early bird and don't mind waking up early, this could be a good option for you since they are more affordable. The restaurant menu is limited but they do offer vegan substitutions. We purchased the food package. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was included. Small portions for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was more complete, especially when it was buffet. All staff was amazing! Extraordinary customer service. We had a wonderful stayed. Definitely coming back again. "
