The villa is fully equipped and the layout of the villa is as follows; Porch,entrance, hall, cosy living room with fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, gas hob, fridge, freezer, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. and 1 triple bedroom with shower,sink and toilet. All rooms are air conditioned or heated. Swimming pool with safety fence, sunbeds and sea views. Free wireless internet The porch (45m²) with the wooden beamed ceiling very atmospheric. It's the perfect spot for breakfast or dining al fresco in the evening. There is also an outdoor kitchen, with bar, barbecue / Paella pan and burner and terrace. Enclosed garden with a play area for children including a swing set, playhouse and plenty of toys inside and out. A beautiful place to enjoy endless with nice view over the sea and mountains. The villa is located in 'Coveta Fumá El Campello', a quiet and beautiful area where you can enjoy a perfect holidays. The Mediterranean sea is just 100 meters from the house. You can go with the tram to Alicante, El Campello center, Benidorm, Terra Mítica, Altea, Denia, etc., at just 1 minutes from the house. If you prefer to stay in the neighbourhood you will find several restaurants and pubs on the central square and also two beach bars/restaurants 'chiringuitos' on the Coveta beach. There is also a supermarket in Coveta Fuma where you can buy Spanish and International foodstuff. El Campello is a delightful holiday resort situated in a perfect position on the Costa Blanca, located between Alicante City and the busy resort of Benidorm, with a pretty fishing harbour, wide sandy beaches, views of the mountains and a wide selection of friendly eateries and bars, you have all the advantages of a small, peaceful, relaxing seaside resort but with the vibrancy of Alicante City and Benidorm within easy reach. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. En alles aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. Wij waren met 2 kleine kinderen (4 en 2) en voor hen was er ook wat speelgoed en een speelhuisje wat ze erg leuk vonden. Ook een buggy, campingbedje, wipstoeltje en kinderstoel zijn aanwezig. Heerlijk genoten van de zon en het zwembad. Zwembad en terras zijn omheind (gescheiden van elkaar) wat erg prettig is met kleine kinderen. De keuken en badkamer zijn ietwat verouderd maar alles is schoon en netjes onderhouden. Het contact met de eigenaren was prima. Halverwege de week kwamen ze nog het zwembad spoelen. Handdoeken om te douchen en beddengoed aanwezig. Wij misten alleen iets van een handdoek en extra theedoek (hing er eentje) in de keuken. Maar verder zijn er in de keuken allerlei kruiden, koffie, thee etc aanwezig. Ook een fles wijn, biertje en water voor de eerste avond. Super fijn! Dingen om rekening mee te houden: de derde slaapkamer zit in een bijgebouw welke alleen via buiten te bereiken is. Waren wij ons niet van bewust beetje onhandig als je met kleine kinderen gaat en graag onder hetzelfde dak slaapt. Wij hebben zelf alles met de auto gedaan. Wat ons betreft is een auto wel aan te raden. We zijn op het strand bij El Campello en Villajoyosa geweest. Niet dichtstbijzijnde maar wat meer voorzieningen wat fijn is met de kleine kinderen. Zelf vonden we Villajoyosa leuker qua sfeer en restaurants. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf! ##### Hanneke M. Bahnanbindung direkt vor dem Haus bis ins Zentrum von Alicante, zum Meer ein paar Schritte, zu einem etwas schöneren Strand nicht mehr als 500 Meter. Wir waren allein, ist auch die zweite - kleine - Wohnung vermietet, hätte man den Pool wohl nicht ganz für sich allein. Petar ist immer da, wenn man ihn braucht. ##### Philipp N. Anbindung an die Tram ist auch perfekt, man hört zwar die Duechsagen vom Haus aus, das ist aber nicht wirklich störend. Da es 37 Grad hatte waren die 2 vorhandenen Schirme etwas wenig um am Pool zu liegen, es gibt aber genügend andere Schattenplätze am Haus. ##### Jasmin F. Es muy espaciosa, tiene distintos ambientes donde poder relajarte y está muy bien situada. Llegamos antes de la hora y nos dejaron estar en la casa, en la piscina y pudimos descargar el equipaje sin problemas. Elena nos acompañó para enseñarnos la zona, indicarnos lugares para comprar y de ocio. Peter está muy pendiente del estado de la piscina y de que esté bien acondicionada.
