Great area close to major attractions within walking distance. Washing machine in unit. Nice and quiet. We stayed in. 2 bedroom apt. Grocery stores nearby if you want to cook even or just get drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again,

The property managers are outstanding. They are on top of any requests. The property is located in the heart of an apartment district. Many great restaurants and organic grocery located fours blocks over. Will definitely book here again.

The property was spacious and clean. Daily cleaning service was provided. All amenities available including washing machine. You need a key card to access the main entrance and your flat, for extra security. Lidl was only a 10 minute walk, so we got all we needed for our short stay at reasonable a reasonable price. Many local cafes around the flat. Tetuan metro was 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop just outside. We really enjoyed coming here at the end of a long day to relax in a homely environment. The reception was next door to the entrance, so very convenient.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, immensly. Accomodations were clean and fairly well stocked..... We did need to run out for oven mits and a corkscrew, which we felt should be part of any kitchen set up. A cookie sheet would also have been helpful but we made do. There are several local restaurants and markets in the area. There are also many attractions within walking distance. The neighbourhood was very safe and free from the panhandlers that you find in alot of the touristy areas. The employees were all very friendly and helpful and when there was a small issue with our showerhead, they were quick to have it tended to. It was the perfect size for up to 4 people. There were only the 2 of us and we were quite comfortable with the space. We will go back to Spain again and will strongly consider returning to Casp74

Excellent customer service and very responsive. They took care of all our transportation and responded quickly to every request. Apartment is clean and everything seems new. The apartment is close to everything such as cafes, grocery stores and shopping. I would highly recommend.

Great stay before or after a cruise.
Casp74 is in a perfect location for us. The room was clean, very nice and comfortable for 4 women. We love that the room was large enough for our suitcases which we were taking on our cruise. Carlos at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.

Nice stay at CASP74. The location was pretty good [though there are definitely more options in other parts of Barcelona that you'd feel were more interesting]. The place was fairly comfortable. The sofa bed was average in quality and comfort. The AC was not great and we had to keep the place on full blast cold just to keep it tolerable in the hot Barcelona summer heat. But overall, it was pleasant and I would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is at great location. Our room is 305,. Spacious room. both bedrooms are facing patio so very quite. Front desk is always there for help. If they can provide a drying rack and some kitchen paper that will be great.

Great Location!
Our family of 5 had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. And the location was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the bus or train and only about a 10 minute walk to several attractions: Arc de Triomf, Casa Mila or Placa de Catalunya. The air conditioning worked very well and we stayed very cool in the hot summer. There were several grocery stores just around the corner so it was very convenient to get food for the kitchen.
