We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was amazing. We were there mostly for sleeping.

Guest receptionist was very helpful and was multitasking helping during the restaurant service. The servers were hard working and professional. The room was an absolutely nice and clean. Food in their restaurant is top class!

Love the property. The problem is the train that is passing every half an hour besides and the whole property vibrates each time, otherwise it’s a lovely place.

One night b&b but ate in the restaurant for dinner. On arriving check in was very quick. Hotel exceptionally clean. All Covid restrictions adhered to, masks, sanitiser etc. Room was on the ground floor, a great size, large bed, separate shower room, lovely toiletries, desk, wardrobe, lots of sockets as advertised and again very clean with lovely bed linen. Ate dinner in the garden courtyard but there is also an enormous indoor restaurant. We had a king prawn salad and a grilled avocado salad, both delicious served with lovely bread. Good wine and beer selection. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon or a cold selection. I would 100% recommend this hotel

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auf dem neuesten Stand. Und hat alles sehr gut gefallen bis auf die Frühstückszeiten von 06.30 bis 09.30, sowie der extrem frühe Check-Out um 10.00 Uhr. Wir sind 22 Minuten zu spät ausgecheckt u d wurden leider nur mit einem verachtenden Blick auf die Uhr getadelt. Bei meiner Entschuldigung und Erklärung gab es nur ein „Tschüss“ ohne Blickkontakt. Sehr Schade, es kam uns nicht vor als wären die 22 Minuten allzu schlimm, da noch ein anderes Zimmer im Reinigungsprozess war…

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit Leben, vielen Restaurantgästen und gehobenen, sehr leckeren Gerichten. Fahrende Züge des benachbarten Bahnhofs (Geräusche) sorgten leider für eine nicht so ausgeruhte Nacht. Auf der Straßenseite des Hotels trifft man tagsüber auf sehr starken Verkehr.

Wir waren begeistert.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht „daheim im Löwen“, aber wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Freundliche Mitarbeitende und Chefin, leckeres Essen im Restaurant und ein geräumiges, schönes Zimmer. Alles sehr neu und super gepflegt.

Altijd een gastvrij welkom. Heerlijk eten in het restaurant. En ruime kamers met fantastische douche. Het beddengoed is wel synthetisch, dat zou wat luchtiger kunnen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ganz tollen modernen Zimmern. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es eine Bahntrasse direkt neben dem Hotel.

Prima adres voor in ons geval doorreis maar bezoek aan Basel is ook heel goed mogelijk. Goede bedden , erg netjes en zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend personeel.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Löwen, für uns hat alles gestimmt. Alles sehr sauber, Fön im Zimmer, der funktioniert, Frühstück auf einer Etagiere am Tisch mit Möglichkeit zB Eier dazu zu bestellen. Wir haben auch 2x Abend gegessen, auch das war sehr gut.

L'hôtel était très propre et beau. Le personnel était gentil toutefois on nous avait indiqué que nous aurions des déjeuners pour emporter puisque nous avions payé le déjeuner et que nous devions prendre l'avion plus tôt, mais personne n'était à la réception lors de notre départ.

Moderne sehr gepflegte Unterkunft direkt an der Durchgangsstraße und den Bahnschienen gelegen. Sehr gute Schallisolierung! Je nach Zimmerlage ist nicht die Akustik sondern die Vibration der Züge sehr unangenehm. Wir hatten eine Nacht im EG geschlafen und dachten die Züge waren wie Erdbeben, was zu einem schlechten Schlaf geführt hat. Bei einer anderen Übernachtung im 1. OG war dieses kein Problem. Also Aufgepasst wo das Zimmer vergeben wird. Sehr gutes Frühstück wird am Platz serviert. Restaurant hat kleine Auswahl an Speisen und ist recht hochpreisig.

Ein wunderbar und modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war vorzüglich und wir wurden sehr gut bewirtet. Wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen.
