Clean.

The building had no security on the outside doors to keep people out of the hallways. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor even after making reservations in January 2026, and the elevator was broken. We are senior citizens (84 and 82) and had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. The room we were assigned had no windows and the balcony door had no screen. Fresh air was impossible. There was no on-site management so we were unable to shut down a noisy party in the next room at 3:30 AM. Several lights were out. There were no land line connections in the room. Tub/shower was a jacuzzi and was almost impossible to get in/out of because there were no grab bars. Lamp next to bed was broken. We left the room after one night and found better lodging. Our bill indicated no refund, so we just left and forfeited $600. Not a satisfying stay. We are never going back there and will urge other to avoid the dump.

The hotel is in a great location! The staff were friendly and always helpful! The rooms are clean, although there were a few broken or damaged items. Free bottles of water are available, which is a plus, but the supply wasn’t restocked for nearly two days, leaving guests without any water – not even for a fee.
