"Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside. "This is my goto for stays in Koblenz. Yea, its like a 20 min drive...but it is worth it! The rooms have been upgraded since the last time I was here. They look great. The breakfast buffet is just as I remember it...legendary. The surroundings are serene. Leave your window open and fall asleep to the babbling brook. Never hit the spa yet, but it looks comprehensive. Maybe next time! "
