"Even though larger rooms were shown as available on third‑party websites, the reception declined our request for an upgrade, stating the property was fully booked. This was disappointing, as a bigger room would have greatly improved our stay, especially since we were traveling with a child. The reception staff at the front desk, did not create a welcoming or friendly atmosphere. The interaction felt unprofessional and left us very disappointed with the reception experience."

"We had an Excellent Stay. From the Reception, to the room service, all staffs are nice and welcoming. We got a free room upgrade on the highest floor and the view from there were amazing. We enjoyed in the swimming pool and kids pool. The breakfast was nice too.."

"This is a beautiful hotel and we had an amazing stay. Everything from check in to check out was exceptional. The hotel staff were so attentive and accommodating, the front desk staff, the pool and beach staff and everyone we encountered at the restaurants. My husband and I celebrated an early anniversary and we were greeted by special touches that made for a special occasion. Can’t wait to visit Four Seasons in other cities but pretty sure we’ll be back to this one in Doha."

"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year. Many thanks for a memorable holiday everyone Hassan "
