Lovely hotel with a fantastic location and the most beautiful view. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. There is a bit of noise in the hotel and the generator makes a lot of noise.

samimi ortamı olan bir otel, çalışanlar çok kibar ve güleryüzlü. tek sıkıntısı deniz çok taşlıydı mutlaka deniz ayakkabısıyla girilmeli (bunun haricinde gayet temiz). bir otel değil bir ev havası var, sabah kahvaltısı gayet güzel restoranttaki çalışanlar da aynı şekilde çok kibar insanlar

Harika Konumlu Hotel

Lokasyon olarak harika bir konumda ve kendi otoparkının olması artı bir seçenek. Bu konuda çok memnun kaldık. Bünyesinde bulunan restaurant ise harika. Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü. Oda ise ortalama seviyede ancak olumsuz olarak değerlendirebiliceğim bir iki konu ise tuvalet gider kokusu ve yastıkların konforsuz oluşu .

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Odalar bir tık küçüktü ama çok da önemli değil. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Akçaya gidecekseniz oradaki muhtmelen en iyi otel olabilir direkt kumsala açılıyor ve kendi şezlongları vardı.

Keyifli ve konforlu

Deniz kenarında küçük ama iyi dizayn edilmiş bir otel. Konumu da oldukça iyi bir yerde, odamın penceresinden deniz manzarasını izlemek keyifliydi. Oda çok geniş olmasa da kısa konaklamalar için yeterli alan var. Otopark için otele çok yakın yerde kameralı bir alan var.

Her bakımdan kaliteli bir hizmet aldık. Odalar ve banyo gayet temiz. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve misafirlere karşı ilgili ve saygılılar. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Odanın tek eksik yanı; plaj havlularımızı asabileceğimiz bir balkon olmamasıydı.Ancak çok büyük bir sorun değildi.

Genel itibariyle yeri güzel ,temiz şık bir otel üç yataklı tek oda olması durum nedeniyle giriş kattaki bahçeye bakan odada kaldık oda penceresi çok küçük kalmış daha aydınlık bir hale getirmek için pencerenin büyütülmesi daha da ferah bir ortam sağlayabilir gündüz vakti ışık yakmak zorunda kalıyorsun. Bir de oda penceresinin önüne konmuş stok kahvaltı masaları da hiç hoş görünmüyor misafir konaklayan odanın pencere önü depo vari bir görünümde olmamalı. Küçük ayrıntılar belki ama misafir ağırlarken her hususa dikkat ve özen gösterilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bunlar dışında resepsiyon ekibinin karşılamasından, her giriş çıkışta otopark için de gayet güleryüzle şekilde yardım etmelerinden ilgilerinden gayet memnun kaldım. Temizlik ekibinden ilave havlu isteğimde yeterli havlu bırakıldı şeklindeki cevap hoş değildi. Misafir bir talepde bulunuyorsa ve yapılabilirliği olan bir konuysa çözüm odaklı bakmak gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Otelin Restoranı öğlen-akşam yemeği alacart hizmet alma konusunda olduğundan mı bilmem lezzet ve hizmet açısından çok başarılı olmakla birlikte. Oda kahvaltı konaklamanın sonucumudur bilmem sabah kahvaltıdaki hizmet ekibi müşteri memnuniyetin oldukça yetersizdi . Hemen her masa sürekli, çay,ekmek, su hatırlatmaları yapmak zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar güzel bir tesiste çalışanların sunduğu hizmeti kaliteli hale getirmek konusunda işletmeci ve restoran bölümü yöneticilerine gelişime açık bir alan olarak geri bildirim yapmış olayım. Sevgiler :)
