Nice but pricey food.

Nice out of the bustle location along the lake. The food was good, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The prices for the food were a bit steep but other than that a nice place to stay.

Very nice rooms

The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. It's undergoing renovations right now and my guess is that it will be awesome to stay there after they are completed. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking section. The manager did come by to explain that it was due to the ongoing renovations and provided a complimentary gift to us for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out on anything. We would stay again if I came back to the area.

The check in process, although fast, was not as good as I expected. The young man did not know English (a must for any Hotel, let alone a world class hotel like Dedeman). The property cleanliness and hospitality of the staff erased any hesitations I had to recommend this place. The room was clean, the lobby comfortable and, although we stayed in the off season, the place was inviting and relaxing. I want to single out the restaurant staff and specially the young chef 👨‍🍳 for being very helpful.

We had multiple issues with our stay at this hotel. First of all the internet was not working for over a day or longer and we almost switched hotels because it was very frustrating not knowing when to expect the internet to be working. The hotel lacked sufficient towels for guests and we didn’t have any towels in the room and had to call multiple times to get a couple of towels and this is really frustrating. The other issue was the lights were not working properly and they were staying on all night and it was difficult to sleep under these conditions. The only good thing about this hotel was the efforts and kindness of one single person, Mr Ramezan, who tried his best to make our stay more enjoyable. He did his best to get us the towels and resolve the other issues. We were glad he was there.

Bungolovda konakladik. İçi iyi manzara güzel ama çok soğuktu. Petekleri yaktılar ama sabaha karşı kapattıkları için üşüdük. Açık büfe kahvaltısi bu yaşıma kadar yediğim kahvaltıları arainda en kotu olanıydı.ac kalırsınız.

Das Hotelzimmer top. Leider ist die Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bungalows kann ich nicht beurteilen. Poolanlage sollte mehr gepflegt werden. Viele Liegen waren kaputt. Aber ich war super begeistert vom Personal,auch das Frühstück war super.

İç mekanın aktivite alanı hiç yok. Çocuk oyun alanı mutlaka olmalı bizce. Spor dalına ait aktivite mekanları olabilirdi. Yani gün içerisinde yapılabilecek hiç bir aktivite alanı yok. Kahvaltı çok iyi sayılmaz patates kızartması menemen çok lezzetli değildi. Personel ilgisinden memnun kaldık. Kapalı havuz neden yok onu anlamadık.

Check in sırasında sadece oda, kahvaltı yok sizin rezervasyonunuzda dendi. Rezervasyonumu açıp kahvaltı dahil olduğunu göstermek zorunda kaldım. İlk saniyeden bu tutum iyi değildi. Banyo duş başlığının sabitleme yeri bozuktu. Otelde birçok oda boş olmasına rağmen restoran olarak kullanılan kapısında konferans salonu yazan yere bitişik oda verildiği için akşam ve sabah sesliydi oda. Bir gece konakladığımız için sorun tolere ettik.

Temizlik kötü, duşakabin gideri pislikten tıkalı olduğu için su taşıp banyo içerisine yayılıyor. Banyo zemininde yoğun ayakkabı izleri, yatak başlığının üstünde duvarda pislikler vardı. Personel güleryüzlü, girişte rezervasyonun kahvaltılı olduğuna dair küçük bir ikna çabasından sonra sorun etmek yerine çözüm oluşturdular. Bu konuda teşekkürler. Kahvaltı için yöresel lezzet beklenmesin. Bir de zemin kat yerine üst katları tercih ederseniz, göl manzarasından faydalanmış olursunuz. 102 numaralı oda / 23-24 Mart 2024

Otelde genel anlamda Dedeman kalitesi mevcut. Oda temizliği yatak nevresim temizliği gayet iyi seviyede.Hizmet ilgi alaka yeterince var personellere çok teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle akşam yemeğinde restoran sizi memnun edecektir.Mezeler ve balıklar gayet lezzetliydi. Restoranda Ömer bey sağ olsun çok ilgilendi hatta bizi otelde kalmaya ikna etti. Gelelim olumsuz yanlara ; bir mimar olarak odaların mimarisinde hatalar mevcut banyolarda havalandırmalar yetersiz kaldığı için rutubetli bir ortam oluşturuyor. Banyo süzgeçleri de aynı şekilde daha iyi olabilirdi. Her şey için teşekkürler.
