"Our stay at Hotel Morales Historic & Colonial Downtown Core was exceptional. The hotel’s beautifully preserved historic architecture creates an elegant atmosphere that perfectly reflects the charm and culture of Guadalajara. The location is ideal—within easy walking distance of outstanding restaurants, historic landmarks, and the Mi Tren light rail system, making it effortless to explore the city. Our room was impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The Smart TV with cable, Amazon, and Netflix was a thoughtful modern touch that complemented the hotel’s historic ambiance. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool area, which was pristine and beautifully maintained—a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was seamless and accommodating. Late checkout was provided without difficulty, and the hotel staff graciously arranged transportation to the airport, making our departure completely stress-free. "

"The size of the room was good. Greeting new customers needing to be reassess by Manager. Outside the hotel is a very rough neighbourhood. Not recommended for solo female traveller. I was really looking forward to explore Centro Historico in Guadalajara. I will not go back in that area again. I walked half a block and had to return to my room. It felt it was very dangerous. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the hotel considering the location and barely any amenities. Also was a lot further to get to the airport than stated on Expedia. It was 42 minutes from the airport to get to the hotel opposed to 21 minutes as stated in the publicity. I had to pay 300 pesos to get to Centro Historico and 450 pesos to the taxi cash money to get back to the Guadalajara airport ( their shuttle !!!). Pricey shuttle. "
