"The lobby was under construction which was not relayed before booking. We were “locked” out of the side entrances as the door fob was not working. There is a corner in the bathroom of room 211 that had water damage and looked like it hadn’t had any attention. The room only had one small trash can, in the bathroom."

"Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When i first arrived there were 3 cop cars handling a 'situation' that went on for hours and required more police to arrive. There was visible fire damage to the outside. Next, the room was an absolute horror. The filthiest room I've ever seen. Stains on the walls galore, scrapes, missing chunks from the floor and doorframes. Dust everywhere and holes in the linen. Foul smelling microwave and the fire alarm was not even connected nor did it have batteries. Cockroaches and BED BUGS found in the room. When all this was brought to attention of the staff, they couldnt be bothered to apologize or care and offered us only a partial refund. Absolute insanity. "

"Nicely refurbished but the AC unit in our room seemed old and was very noisy. Elevator was noisy."

" The staff was lovely but our room didn’t have conditioner and previous water was left in the champagne holder. We tried breakfast, biscuits and gravy, and my order was very cold/not edible. It was also very loud. "

"A good one night pit stop for us. Comfortable beds and a basic breakfast. Earplugs came in handy as AC was quite noisy and there was a lot of activity in the hotel overnight."

"The front desk was super helpful and friendly when we checked in. Lobby area was nice, continental breakfast was basic but fine. Our room was around back, outside area there was trash around property. Our room had carpet which definitely wasn’t clean. There was cloth chair that was gross in the room . The bathroom floor had bugs and there were cobwebs in the room corners. Upside, tub, sink and toilet were clean as well as the bedsheets and towels."

"Location was great (love the brewery) and parking was easy and convenient. Check in was easy. Bed was low to the ground and pillows were in the flat side. Couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to connect (needed Roku login). Couch in livingroom was a little worn and when the air came on, it was very loud throughout the night."
