"There was plenty of parking, front staff was friendly and helpful My room and hotel and grounds were clean and well-maintained. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and good water pressure in the shower. Would definitely recommend, and I plan to go again."

"I love this place. I will definitely come back and make it my base whenever I come back to Kansas City the staff was beautifully friendly from the first day. I needed to check in early no problems very accommodating. The staff has been excellent. I had a long stay since I was moving, and I cannot tell you how wonderful this place has been. It has allowed me to be very relaxed and at peace during a very chaotic time in my life thank you"

"Only one complaint about the hotel. Apparently, there were construction worker staying at the hotel and they tracked mud into the hallway on the floor we were on. We were there 4 days and no one from housekeeping bother to clean it up the four days we were there. Minor issue, but no one cleaned the hallway. I thought that was something that should have been taking care of each day. Construction workers have muddy boots!"

"It’s really a nice touch to have a free continental breakfast. That goes a long way. $12 for parking at we already paid for the hotel was annoying. Paying three dollars for a water instead of being complementary it was annoying. Not having any water or coffee for free in the lobby was annoying."

"Room was nice and clean, plenty of clean towels. Beds were very nice to sleep on. Could have used another blanket. Breakfast was nice and hot. Scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, link sausage. Would have liked some potatoes. Every thing was really nice. Great parking also. Would stay here next year also. Right down the street from the auto swap meet."

"This is a very basic hotel as stated. No breakfast, no pool, no shampoo/conditioner, etc. But price for the area was much lower than other properties. There is a full size fridge so we brought items for breakfast/snacks/drinks and if we needed something else, QT is right across the street. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy, nice little workout room, hotel was very quiet. It is in an industrial area so weekdays may be noiser but weekend was fine. Easy on and off the hwy. My only complaint is that the hotel smells of smoke on the 1st floor when you enter til the elevator. My guess is from people smoking outside the side doors. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had no smell so we were good. Will stay again bc it's a grear deal for the area."
