"Second stay there, first time was nice, this time was disappointing. The cleanliness of the common areas (with exception of the lobby, and the room were below par (no pun intended). The biggest problem was the noise and commotion in the courtyard AND in the hallways on both Friday and Saturday. From 11:00 PM on there was a lot of yelling and arguing throughout the property. The noise continued throughout until nearly 3:00 AM. It escalated into loud arguments and fighting from 12:30-3:09 AM. It moved into the building where there was banging on doors on the third floor where apparently people were locking others out of the rooms. A couple times I was close to calling the police because things were getting out of control."

"The La Quinta Inn & Suites is definitely my home away from home. The staff is always polite. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. This is the 2nd time I stayed here. I always arrive very late and staff is patient and understanding! This will be my go to place to stay when I travel via PHL International. Thank you!"

I stayed here and it was a wonderful hotel with even better staff. So helpful and made my stay and situation so much better. They made me want to stay longer. Perfect hotel and staff"
