The spacious living room boasts a balcony, ideal for hosting friends, and a generous workspace. Should you require extra sleeping arrangements, we can provide an air mattress for overnight guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a generous dining area, allowing you to indulge your culinary fantasies.  
  
Step onto the terrace, nearly 100 square meters in size, adorned with natural plants, a hammock, a punching bag, two deckchairs, outdoor furniture, a bar, and a wooden garden gazebo. It's equipped with a fire pit and ambient lighting controlled via Alexa.
