Reception lady was very good. Liked the fresh milk for coffee bed was fairly comfortable just facility a little dated and other guests congregating outside smoking ect not nice near rooms.

For the price which was very reasonable, the family room was cozy but satisfactory for an overnight stay. The property is old and could do with some updating, but again reflected in the reasonable pricing.

The room we were given for the night was clean and beds were comfortable, the issue was the size of the room. It was just way too small. The bedding was 1 double in one small room, a single and a single bunk bed in another - 5 people. It would have been a challenge even for a family of 4. There was no real room to freely move and breakfast in the morning had to be "staged". The room was not really practical as a "Family Room"

Good location - near the bus & railway stations
We needed a nights accommodation prior to our bus trip to Adelaide the following morning. We were greeted warmly at reception and as the room had not been used the previous night, were able to move in at 11am instead of the usual 2pm. A pleasant overnight stay.

Requested a ground level room at time of booking not noted, changed our room on check in but put us in a dog friendly room that was covered in fur, had a bad strong smell and stuff left in the fridge. Said we might have to go to another motel as they had a large group in that they seemed more interested in accommodating. They gave us another room but we had to fight to get it. Good location, rooms getting a bit old and staff need training. This was our go too but I think we will stay elsewhere in Echuca as there are plenty of other good options.

the rooms were unique and rustic. a little dusting and cob web clean out wouldnt go astray. Our neighbours next door left their dog unattended for over 5 hours and its barked, howled and scratched constantly at the door the whole time. Although this hotel is dog friendly maybe needs to consider having a dog friendly area to leave dogs outside.

The car wash next door was quite annoying beeping all the time the water pressure in shower was minimal and kept turning cold. Bed was comfy enough no booklets or menus from places to get food delivered or what Echuca had to offer

We had a family room that wasm perfect for a couple of ladies having a stop over. It was clean, great amenities in the room & a lovely table and chairs outside all rooms. Was lovely to sit and enjoy a prosecco or two and a smoke. Great location and was lovely and quiet overnight. Will definatly stay again! Friendliest staff!!
