🏢 Located in a quiet little condominium, this newly renovated and furnished flat consists of:  
\- an entrance;  
\- a large living room with lounge and dining area;  
\- a fully equipped open plan kitchen;  
\- a double bedroom with balcony/terrace (south facing, with table, chairs and chilienne);  
\- a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.   
  
🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping areas:   
\- a bedroom with double bed;  
\- a double sofa bed in the living room.   
  
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (hotplates, microwave, kettle, etc...), storage, washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.   
  
🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Je souhaite vous signaler que l'électricité serait à refaire pour éviter un accident, les prises sont décrochées du mur.Il y a certainement eu des locataires bien indélicats, il faut s'acharner pour arracher une prise !L'appartement est lumineux ce qui est agréable, proche de commerces que l'on peut joindre à pied en suivant des parcours piétonniers. Le balcon est assez grand, nous y avons pris nos petits déjeuners. Agréable pour ce court séjour.

#### Appartement très froid

Bonjour suite à notre passage dans cet appartement un de mes collègue est tombé malade car il faisait très froid en plus de ça on a dit que on était quatre à dormir dans cet appartement alors que y avait que trois personnes qui pouvait dormir sur un matelas la quatrième personne a dormi par terre au salon je peux vous joindre une photo si vous voulez!!!

Logement mignon et pratique, placé proche de la rocade avec 2 places de parking privé. Mais pour 60€ de ménage, on a dû renettoyer les nettoyer les toilettes. C'est dommage

Bon séjour dans appartement ou presque tout y est. On a trouvé que manquait du sel par exemple un couteau pain, un rideau a la douche qui arrive jusqu'en bas, mais à part ça, tout impecable et propre.

L'accueil téléphonique de Camille, Paul et Oriane était professionnel et agréable. Nous vous en remercions. Le dimanche soir pas de chauffage et coupure d électricité, pas cool pour une arrivée, heureusement des le lendemain des solutions se sont trouvées. Pour l appartement, il est très propre et décoré avec goût. En revanche, il manque de la lumière sur le plan de tra de cuisine et dans la salle de bain, le bac à douche n est pas adapté ce qui implique une quantité d eau excessive dans la salle de bain après chaque douche , il manque du rangement dans la chambre pour les habits et la cuisine n est pas assez équipée pour cuisiner correctement. Cet appartement est bien pour une nuit mais pas plus sauf si les remarques sont prises en compte. Bonne continuation à toutes l equipe
