Lucy's apartment

Lucy's apartment is a newly renovated in 2017 attic apartment in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Ebermannstadt. No matter if active holidaymaker or recreation seeker - no matter if 9 or 99 years - no matter if spring, summer, autumn or winter: Here you are right!   Notes: Sheets and towels are provided. Even a basic set of toiletries and cleaning utensils is ready for you, so you can start your holiday relaxed. Equipment for small children and parking spaces for cars and bicycles are also available. Since the summer of 2018, a pavilion specially built for the holiday guests in Lucy's apartment is available. Enjoy leisurely hours, let yourself be pampered at breakfast by the morning sun or enjoy the evening atmosphere with a glass of Franconian wine or Franconian beer.

Lucy's Apartment:
A cozy, winding hall leads you into your holiday premises under the roof: The heart of the apartment is a large room that includes a well-equipped kitchenette with two adjoining seating areas. The kitchen contains the standard equipment such as kettle, coffee maker and toaster and convinces with extras such. As an oven and a microwave. A large round dining table group offers plenty of space to eat and play. If required, a high seat for toddlers is available. On the other side of the room is the cozy living and TV area with satellite / TV and HIFI system. In the modern shower / WC combination you will find a hair dryer as well as a shower radio. You will find your restful sleep in the bedroom with a 1.80m double bed. A couch also located in it invites you to read and can be converted to two additional beds if necessary. Also, if necessary, a travel cot (up to 2 years) enough space.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Kirschblüte in der Fränkischen Schweiz

Zur Kirschblüte und zum radeln in der Fränkischen Schweiz haben wir uns für Lucy's FeWo entschieden und eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. Am Ortsrand von Ebermannstadt gelegen kommt man schnell auf die gut beschilderten Radwege.Ein bequemes Doppelbett, eine gut eingerichtete Küche und ein großer, gemütlicher Wohn-/Essbereich sorgen für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns für unsere E-Bikes ihre Garage zur Verfügung gestellt haben. (Dafür nochmals vielen Dank)Sehr zu empfehlen

Gute Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Ruhige und große Fewo mit netten Gastgebern. Einkaufen mit Auto schnell und einfach. Forchheim und Bamberg mit der Bahn gut zu erreichen.

Süße Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende vor Ort und haben uns in Lucys Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. Tolle Küche, bequemes Bett und Bad mit Fenster. Fenster mit Fliegengitter waren ein Segen. Liebe Gastgeber, da wir öfters vor Ort sein werden kommen wir bestimmt bald wieder. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Fränkische.

So wie erwartet

Die Wohnung hällt, was in dem Inserat beschrieben wird. Wir waren ein paar Tage dort, um jeden Tag nach Nürnberg zu pendeln, wo wir uns tagsüber aufgehalten haben. Dafür war die Wohnugn absolut ausreichend. Die Ausstattung verzichtet auf irgendwelchen Luxus, was sich dann im günstigeren Preis wiederspiegelt. Dabei ist alles Vorhanden, was man in einem täglichen Leben so braucht. Das Einzige, was als fehlend aus gelegt werden könnte war die nicht vorhandene Spühlmaschine. (Hat uns nicht wirklich gestört, weswegen ich hier keine Punkte abziehe). Sonst kann man hier sagen, es ist einfach aber absolut ausreichend. Der Vermieter war wirklich nett und war wirklich bemüht darum, uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ebermannsstadt an sich ist nun wirklich nicht der Mittelpunkt der ziviliserten Welt, aber in Kombination von Auto und Bahn waren wir in 40 Min in der Innenstadt von Nürnberg.

Wandertage in der fränkischen Schweiz

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung und toller Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung der fränkischen Schweiz

Die Dachwohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber, vollständig ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, das Zentrum ist fußläufig in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto sind alle schönen Ziele der fränkischen Schweiz erschließbar, unsere Highlights waren die Kanufahrt auf der Wiesent (Eisvogel-Erlebnis), das Angeln im Altwasser, die Wanderungen auf die Aussichtsfelsen und Ruinen, die Deutschen Segelmeisterschaften und das leckere Essen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Das Vater-Sohn-Wochenende war perfekt, so dass wir die Wohnung und das Umfeld sehr empfehlen.

Es hat alles gepasst, trotz der derzeit schwierigen Lage. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und auch an viele Kleinigkeiten ist gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei unseren supernetten Vermietern und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Kurzurlaub in der Fränkischen Schweiz

Nette Dachwohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche und einem schönen Pavillon vor dem Haus! Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Laufnähe zum Zentrum von Ebermannstadt (ca. 10Minuten). In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man die verschiedenesten Freizeitaktivitäten der Fränkischen Schweiz. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Ferienwohnung für Kletterwochenende

Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 3 - 5 Personen und hat eine super Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Klettern ist die Lage ideal, innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten sind viele schöne Felsen mit dem Auto erreichbar, in Ebermannstadt gibt es reichlich Gasthäuser und eine gute Eisdiele.
