It enjoys some of the best views on Orcas Island due to its location at water's edge. Beach access is easy with 450' of waterfront beauty. The large living room, dining area and kitchen windows combine to bring these panoramic views indoors. With excellent waterfront access, this medium bank home allows one to walk on the rocks and pebble beaches at low tide. But the water-side deck is the place you will want to be. A new outdoor dining table and chairs is the perfect finish on this expansive deck. Inside, in addition to the first floor great room, this home provides two downstairs bedrooms, each with outside direct deck access and comfortable queen size beds. These bedrooms share a downstairs hallway bathroom that also serves as the guest bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the first floor near the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, the owners have installed all new appliances in 2019 to maximize the amenities in this home. Upstairs is the master bedroom with more views of Eastsound and a new king sized bed. There is also a small loft bed area open to the great room windows below, which provides a double bed and shares the upstairs hallway bathroom. There is also an entertainment room upstairs with an Internet connected Smart TV (so you stream from Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) .and comfortable lounging sofa, although with the views outside, it is unlikely anyone will be spending much time watching television. Panorama Point provides excellent privacy from neighbors and such a gracious environment to enjoy wonderful Orcas Island. PLEASE NOTE: This home is people friendly, and not pet friendly. As with many waterfront homes in the Islands, Panorama Point has medium bank waterfront and has drop offs between the house and the water. Parents of young children should closely supervise all children while in residence at this home. If you have specific questions regarding this home, please let us answer your questions prior to you booking the home. Please note this home has no steps to the entrance. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jan S. 30 juill. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Whales, seals, starfish! My family(ages 12-87) stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house sits on a beautiful property right on the water. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see the water at all times. The open living space to the kitchen was great for visiting. The kitchen is a bit small but totally worked for 2 cooks . The vast windows made up for it. The deck right off the living space was great for overflow. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching for sea life. We had an Orca swim right up to the house on our visit evening. We saw seals every day that we were there. We were able to go down to the shore for tide pooling. It was a bit steep and rocky to get down to shore but fine for all of us but my 87 year old mother. While tide pooling, we saw dozens of large starfish. We saw the first purple starfish I’ve ever seen in my life! Amazing! The bedrooms were all very comfortable and had windows to the water. The only TV in the house is upstairs but that was totally fine for us. Lots of games and tons of books at the house. Great music system I used with my phone. Internet was pretty good there except when I tried to stream a show to my phone in upstairs bedroom. Plenty of towels for our stay. Half of deck was under construction but the important part was perfect. Had plenty of seating on the deck and a gas grill. Short drive to town/grocery store. Plenty of parking at the property. I absolutely loved this property and would stay here again! ##### Jan S.
