You and your family cannot beat the charm of this three bedroom house in Eastham, close to Nauset Light Beach. You’ll enjoy lots of space to spread out, tons of natural light, and plenty of space to enjoy the indoors or outdoors. Come unwind and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer.

The Space:
Your home away from home has everything you need to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer from relaxing at the beach to fishing, hiking, shopping and eating in town. Located in Eastham, approximately a mile to area beaches with the added benefit of being in a private and quiet residential neighborhood.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker for those coffee lovers in your group!

There is a true dining room with high ceilings, a skylight, and seating for all six of your guests.

Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking/serving items including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.

The house has an open floor plan with a cozy living room off the kitchen. The living room has a large and comfortable sectional sofa, and large smart TV with streaming capability. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.

There is a lower level with additional seating, tv, and table top football. Perfect for kids to enjoy their own space!

There are two full bathrooms and one half bath. All bathrooms have been recently renovated. The two full bathrooms each have a tub/shower combo.

Three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: first floor, primary with queen size bed
Bedroom 2: second floor, queen size bed and a full size futon
Bedroom 3: second floor, bunk bed with full on the bottom, twin on the top and a full size futon

Outdoors: Charming and private yard with lots of seating, gas grill, firepit and outdoor shower! Guests need to supply their own wood.

Getting Around:
Eastham is perfect spot to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. The 7 beaches on the bayside between First Encounter & Sunken Meadow are fabulous for small children at low tide. You can walk out at least 1/2 a mile and enjoy the tide pools. The oceanside beaches (i.e., Coastguard and Nauset Light) are beautiful and have a larger surf.

Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart.
