Sep 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy The house was clean but needs some general maintenance work. I communicated those issues with the rental company. The issues included blinds missing from a bedroom, a broken trash container, a leak in the basement, and possible mold as a result, possible termite damage, some leakage evident in the ceiling and a missing smoke detector from the bedroom accessed by the spiral staircase.
