"The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly - they made a big difference between an average stay and a terrific stay. With separate large master bedroom, large lounge room, kitchen and large bathroom, the apartment (No 7) was very spacious, if anything, a bit too spacious (e.g. 20 metres between bed and WC, 6 metres between couch and TV), but this is not really a complaint - it is always better to be too spacious than insufficiently spacious. "Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking...
