Wonderful view of the lake upon walking down. Comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Staff was pretty good with understanding English and super accommodating for a later than planned check in. I just went into the restaurant, and the manager got us checked-in within minutes. And the spa, was out of this world!!! Staff at the reception was super nice and always helpful. We would recommend the wellness area with two saunas and the outside whirlpool with a beautiful view into the mountains. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with sauna. They have a fully equipped kitchen. Playground for kids and indoor playroom. The restaurant is amazing. The hotel is right across from a water park and a ZOO. 10 out of 10! Amazing place! 10 out of 10 stars. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a sauna. I even added more nights and convinced my family to come stay. Foos at the restaurant was delicious. Everything is nice and clean. We even tried the beer spa, what an experience! The location is right accross from Tatralandia. We had two little kids with us. They have a playground outside and a kid's corner inside. We will definitely return. Excellent apartment The place is immaculate. Plenty of parking. Lovely environment. Apartment very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. NO AIR CON WAS DISAPPOINTING. Breakfast was way over priced at €13\. And not very good. However everything else was great. The lake is 2 minutes walk away and we had it to ourselves all of the time! The aqua Parc across the road cost €30 per person for a day - when you wanted to go for an hour this is expensive But the lake was more than enough for swimming and sunbathing. Or standart conditions? When entered the apartment, mouse was running in the room. So, on the reception they provided me new apartment. The key for the new apartment doesn’t work. Then, in the new apartment, there was water on the toilet. It was from ventilation system. The water was dropping every few seconds, so using toilet could be uncomfortable a little bit…. But I handled that and water stopped dropping. For dinner I went to their restaurant. Highlight of the stay. Good beer, but they had some issues with electricity. So, the offer was very very very limited.
