« The property is beautiful.I can only imagine how nice it will be after the renovations are complete. Lovely porch to sit on and watch the rain. Lovely private bath with beautiful clawfoot tub. I met my cousin here. It was half way between Pittsburgh and DC. We picked a bad few days, in that everything is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. That gave us a lot of quiet time to relax »

« Room was clean and cozy and warm with its personal fireplace. Offered a tremendous view of the lake and had a personal balcony. « We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, staying in the Peacock Room. The house is gorgeous with beautiful things to look at and sumptuous nooks to pause in. We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day. Just a few minutes away, we ate dinner at Train to Mumbai - such good food we ordered dishes to take away and enjoy further along our travel. I sincerely hope...
