"The location of the hotel is superb, right in the old town, but also very close to Balti Jaama Turg, which is a very nice local market. It’s very close to many attractions making it easy to explore by walking. There’s a nice bakery across the street from the hotel and many nice restaurants in the same street. The staff were incredibly kind during check-in, explaining how the hotel is also a historical building. At check-out, I was a bit late and they were also lenient about it, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! "

"Had a lovely big, clean room. Nice warm shower. However, i was in room 501 and it was noisy with the lift the otherside of the wall. The breakfast was fantastic. All staff were very friendly. Nice bar area. Check in and out very quick and smooth. Would definitely recommend. Nice little gym on 2nd floor also"
