"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was very clean, the shower stayed hot, and the water pressure was amazing. I also really liked that the room had streaming services, plus the mini kitchen and full refrigerator were a big plus. The breakfast was good and definitely convenient. My only suggestions would be adding a second elevator, since having just one in the front can be a bit inconvenient, and upgrading the gym would be nice as well. The couch was a little on the hard side, but still manageable. Overall, I’d stay here again."

"The remodel is obvious as floor tiles are uneven and broken, wall repairs are visible, door has daylight holes at bottom. Flashing along the wall meets the floor needs attention and caulking around the tub also. Room service not being provided after staff unlocked the door just after my shower and NEVER Returned 👍 Refund is requested "
