Several guests were complaining about the lack of cleanliness of their rooms and overall conditions, such as large holes in the drywall... "

"First room had no curtains and an A/C unit that wouldn't cool. After an hour, we gave up and taled to staff. They wound up transferring us to another room, but it had no TV and torn curtains that we had to finaggle to get to stay closed. Also, phones in room didn't work and the vending machines were sold out of drinks and the food one was down to only 2 items. "

"The staff was exceptionally friendly and offered great recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean upon arrival and remained well maintained throughout our stay. The price was also very reasonable, which added to the overall positive experience. The only area that could use improvement is the bathroom, it felt a bit small, and the toilet was loose. Overall, I would gladly stay here again."
