"We stayed at Park Vista 3 nights for our Anniversary trip. The grounds were neat and well cared for( parking is not free $15 a day to park). Check-in was great. We were greeted by smiling, helpful staff, and she answered all our questions. The room and bathroom were clean and met our expectations. The food at the hotel was top notch!! We ate breakfast there every morning ( for a fee) and late night supper at the bar a couple of nights.The food was well prepared and hot! The hotel has a lot of great amenities and accommodations. The trolley pulls right in front of the hotel and we rode down to the strip for shopping and entertainment in Gatlinburg. Of course one of the highlights of our trip was seeing 2 bears at the hotel. Hotel staff patrols the parking lot at night and offers shuttle rides to the hotel entrance and parking lot when bears are near. The only complaint we had was the comforters on the bed were worn out and old and needs to be replaced, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Truly beautiful spot. From the lobby, to the trains, to the rooms, to the pool framed perfectly in the center of the Choo Choo complex, everything just looked exquisite. The room was very spacious; it probably could've been dusted a little bit more, but the opulence of it overshadowed any dust left behind. Service at times (mainly the mornings) was a little slow but always personable. Parking was easy to navigate and felt completely safe/reliable. Definitely would stay again."
