We are 22min to Mt airy casino, however we are centrally located to many activities most popular to the poconos area—— such as Camelback ski and summer activities, treetop adventures, river rafting, Shawnee ski, hiking and fishing trials, as well as premium outlet and many restaurants.

Thank you for being our guests. We send plow as soon as snow storm is passed and roads are cleared to travel. Unfortunately you didn’t care for my multiple attempts to tell you about the car limit, and went beyond 6 cars. We have multiple zones of central heating. If some rooms are too hot, it usually is due to that room being closest to the heating system, we will simply shut the air outlet a bit to allow more hot air to flow down to the line.

We have extra large on ground pool usually is air temperature. Thank you for your feedback and thank you for being our guests.

Thank you for your feedback. Most guests actually find the beds very comfortable and supporting (so if you like the beds that sinks in it may not be the best for you). Still we will double check any beds that aren’t so new any more and replace them as often as needed. The gate provide added security to the community, and I try to respond quickly to any request and take care of the call for our guests.

Thank you for your input. Yes our team maintain the property very well and we are in a great location with easy access to all Pocono attractions. I personally handle the gate requests so it can be as smooth as possible. Give me a head notice will do it. The gate makes sure no one suspicious gets in…neighborhood is generally safe but we don’t mind the extra security watch on who actually comes inside the community.

The plow truck we had seasonal contract with didn’t show after inch of snow last week although he billed me for it. After you asked I immediately sent my regular maintenance to take care. I appreciate your input and I will stay more on top of it. Thank you.

We offer very competitive rates, especially for house this large and loaded with amenities. The gate was backed due to Thanksgiving rushing hours. While I also wish the staff could be more courteous to my guests, they do keep the community extra safe which is needed for those coming into an unfamiliar area. We apologize for missing the shower curtain and the dishes (we recently noticed the dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly and appliance tech is called in). I’ve also talked to housekeeping that they need clean behind the appliances and go deeper with kitchen cleaning each time. I’m sure you find otherwise the house is well cleaned so I can’t simply refund you housekeeping fee as you asked as it’s a really big house to go through and most charge additional for linen serivce. For the sheets we have replaced the older ones to give better representation (I disagree with the mildew saying, no other guests would use and not said anything if so). We’ve installed anti-slip strips on the stair steps. Some areas on wall had dents from people playing games so they were being spackled and drying before you came, and painted later.

Like the guests mentioned, they enjoyed the abundant amount of amenities, only thing we missed were pool table chalk and a cue tip (which I replaced them as soon as I can). The beds we have are the supportive beds that don’t just sink in, and most people find them very comfortable. Hot tub can be adjusted to guests like. We offered coming by to help with anything the guest need, but guest rejected. So we brought extra kitchen stools and lamps the same day guest mentioned it, and left at front door for guests to use. Extra towels stored in closet and the guest found them right away when she asked me (not sure why she still mentions it here). Bricks on the boundary wall not meant for stepping on, but still we glued them the moment guests checked out. We’ve being hiring a person to come by after each check out specifically to clean grill and straighten up amenities, and we don’t neglect them unlike some rentals. We monitor grill cleaning and check around to ensure smooth stay like we always do. The community badges are for $25 each as stated in the booking terms, but the guest expect the cost to be lowered or even waived, and finally we agreed at less than $25/badge just before her trip, but she still wasn’t pleased. Note we don’t make profit on the badges, and often times we have to chip in the badge costs in order for the guests to have them. It becomes a challenge to continue offering these badges to such guests. On the other hand I believe the guest knows we’ve done all we could to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable both before and during her trip. And we will continue to work hard to make future guests trips smooth as it can be.
