The hotel is good, but the service is not so good, my reservation has breakfast included, i need to confirm all days with servers because looks like they are not familiar with this option. I travelled with my family means 2 children 4 years and 1 year old, during my breaksfast the server complain why my daughter is playing with sugar package, we were trying have a breakfast so we need to distract my daughter as we do in all other hotels

![This was taken at an outside garden at the Crowne Ravinia plaza. I was at a conference there the past weekend. It's a beautiful place to stay, especially if your at a conference. The staff is very hospitable and catering to group needs. The hotel had an indoor and outdoor garden which is quite beautiful.
