"Loved the Nespresso coffee in the room and the stylish decor, along with thoughtful outlets, etc. The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. I believe they were heavy feather ones. When I mentioned that at the front desk she said they were working on getting them fluffed. I don't think that will do the trick. Maybe mix in some foam pillows as well so there's an option? There were four on the queen bed-- even one soft pillow would have really helped."

"Stopped here passing through Indy. Hotel was very nice and we had our room upgraded. The property was clean and the breakfast was a cut above typical hotel breakfasts. All of the staff were very friendly. My only gripe was that one of the elevators wasn’t working and wait times were quite long and the remaining elevator was quite crowded during busy times."

"The room was small but we didn’t mind. Very clean and most of the staff is great. My only real complaint is the bar. Bartender was rude and completely ignored me for the regulars that were there but she made a really good margarita when I finally got served haha I would def come back."

"Nice property close to Gainbridge Arena. Safe area. Very clean. Rooms are a bit on the stark side but comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking a bit pricey but worth it for safety. Would return."
