Just that guests should be made aware of certain etiquettes, eg gym usage, showering before using the pool & unnecessary screams by the kids should be made aware to the parents so as not to be a bother for guests. If you are uaving a nice movktail in such a beautiful setting and then a child (acting like a brat) screams and the parents dont say anything, it is a bit uncultured & bit uncalled for. "The minute you enter the hotel the lovely fragrance is a prelude to things to come. The staff is friendly, kind , helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant had an extensive buffet or an al a crate menu. Either choice was extremely satisfying. The popl and gym were amazing. The gym clean and well equipped. "It is like staying in home in a 5 star Hotel. The Chef Samaresh even prepared some special Home cooked meal for me which was exceptional. The chauffeur Sanjay was very good"

"ITC Sonar has the old world charm. It is trying very hard to stay relevant( and succeeding to some extent) after the advent of its bigger and better hotel next door, ITC Royal Bengal. But, for all its efforts, its a little jaded now. But its a large sprawling property. The Pan Asian restaurant is very good. A must eat place. A tip: Stay at ITC Sonar and use the facilities of its next door neighbor- ITC Royal Bengal"
